"To promote and advocate innovative initiatives that advance the quality of life for Caloundra City residents"

Vision and Purpose
The Caloundra Futures Forum (CFF) is a membership-based model that has been established by Caloundra City Enterprises (CCE) to work collaboratively with Caloundra City Council, the community, CCE and the various levels of Government to ensure that Caloundra is recognised as:
A vibrant community with an outstanding quality of life, a place of great natural beauty and cultural significance, educational excellence, entrepreneurial people and world-class businesses.
Driven by a paradigm that states the CFF’s
“Collective Ability to Succeed”, the CFF’s Vision is…
“To promote and advocate innovative initiatives
that advance the quality of life for Caloundra
City residents”.
To realise this Vision, the CFF created as its Major Focus… a committed strategy to research, identify and implement projects that support any combination of the following parameters…
• Environmental Quality - preserving and enhancing our city’s visual beauty, natural surroundings, air and water quality, efficient but sensitive use of land, and outdoor recreation.
• Economic Prosperity – creation of new jobs and business opportunity, economic diversity, shared prosperity, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
• Community Vitality - ensuring the vitality of our historic, environmental and cultural attractions, the health and safety of our communities, the availability of affordable housing for our people,
and the ability to travel easily to and within our city.
• Educational Excellence – recognising our regions existing skills and talents, increasing our city’s educational achievement and leadership in
higher education.
• Regional Stewardship - working as an interdependent cluster of communities towards
a shared vision of prosperity for the region.
