Sunshine Coast Enterprises Pty Ltd is governed by a Board of Directors drawn from the private sector across the Sunshine region.

Bill McDonald – Chairman
Bill McDonald ChairmanBill McDonald, a retired senior executive/accountant, has over 30 years experience in Brisbane-based senior management through financial roles in the corporate sector.  Bill is highly active in community and business development roles within Sunshine Coast. His expansive governance and financial management skills are complemented by a deep commitment to enjoying family, and building a stronger future for the next generation of Sunshine Coast residents. Bill has offered solid and strategic leadership to Sunshine Coast Enterprises as inaugural and continuing Chairman of the Board.

Greg Livingstone – Deputy Chairman
Greg LivingstoneGreg Livingstone has contributed much to the northern area of the region since retirement from his former position as Chief Financial Officer with agri-business CSR Sugar. This professional background in rural, manufacturing and consumer goods industries is complemented by a passion for sustainable development of the Sunshine Coast. Greg’s commitment to the region is evidenced in his role as Chair of the Economic Sector Board of the Noosa Biosphere. Greg is well respected for his quiet and effective community business leadership and his recognition that a vibrant economy is a core component of creating sustainable futures for our communities.

David Curd
David CurdDavid Curd is the founding member and Managing Director of one of the region’s most innovative and diversified community service organisations – the Community Solutions Group, which currently has 200+ staff working across 18 sites throughout regional Queensland. A strong academic and practical background in business management, balanced with a genuine commitment to community development, has assisted David to apply sound business principles to the governance and operation of the service and asset development organisations within the Group. David is accredited through the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a passion for engaging with government, business and community sectors to create “community capital”, thus ensuring the long term sustainability and wellbeing of regional communities, including the Sunshine Coast.

Stephen Dittmann
Stephen DittmannStephen Dittmann is Owner-Manager of a hinterland located bank branch. Stephen has a long record in rural business development and community based business support. He is the President of Maleny & District Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of the Hinterland Business Centre. In 2009 Stephen accepted the role of regional chair, Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland.  He is active in many business development roles across Sunshine Coast and takes a keen interest in small business development. Stephen has been instrumental in assisting the Chamber Alliance project, and works tirelessly to ensure outcomes benefit not only the Maleny community but the regional business community.

Sue Dunlop
Sue DunlopSue established RNS in 2001, a nursing recruitment/temp agency providing 24 hour staffing to the Coast’s hospitals and aged care facilities. In 2008 Sue was awarded the SCBWN Corporate Business Woman of the Year and QLD Finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards for Innovation. Sue is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course. Under Sue’s leadership RNS has continued to expand its services into private in-home nursing and the remote contract nursing division of RNS now recruits and supplies nurses to every health service district of QLD and also into NSW and the Northern Territory. 

Tracey Goodwin-McDonald
Tracey Goodwin McDonaldTracey Goodwin-McDonald has an international corporate background underpinned by academic and high level career achievement. Tracey has worked at Managing Director level in large corporations in the food manufacturing and textile, clothing and footwear industries. After relocating to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle in the central area of Sunshine Coast, Tracey continues to be in demand to consult in management and sales and marketing areas of company operations.  Tracey has a passion to enjoy and help preserve the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. She wishes to use her considerable experience and business acumen to make a difference to the region she now calls home.

Ross Hepworth
Ross HepworthRoss Hepworth advises that every day he enjoys a taste of the Sunshine Coast environment from his north located home. That is until he hits the road to provide leadership across the business units of TAFE located across the Sunshine Coast. As Director of SCIT TAFE, Ross has brought new direction and life to the organisation that is charged with supporting Vocational Training and Education. Through this TAFE role, his connection to learning, and a deep commitment to advancing regional economic performance, Ross has developed extremely strong Regional and State education and business networks.

Frank O’Shea
Frank O'SheaFrank O’Shea’s entrepreneurial skills are well proven in the sports retail industry. As company founder, Frank built a business model supporting 139 independently owned outlets across Australia.  Frank came to the Sunshine Coast to enjoy a new lifestyle, but still finds time to consult on demand across Australia, and conduct a small property development firm from his central location. Frank maintains strong national professional networks and is highly motivated to contribute to jobs growth across the Sunshine Coast.  Frank loves a challenge and has welcomed the opportunity to provide input into the future of this region.

Terence Seymour
Terence SeymourTerence Seymour has a varied and unique career path leading to his position as CEO of Sunshine Coast Private Hospital. From Aerospace, manufacturing industries to currently work in the health services sector he has demonstrated an ability to deliver successful business outcomes enhancing and growing employment in the organisations in which he has worked. Terence has exceptional national professional networks including recent appointment to the Board of the Health & Community Services Workforce Council.
